Production time

We usually produce your garment within 5-7 working days after receiving  your order.

Production of 20 to 50 garments, might take up to 2 - 3 weeks. Please contact us, in case you have inquiry for larger amount.

Please NOTE: You can save on shipping when order two or more items. Our system automatically recalculate shipping costs in each case.

 

Shipping time (in addition to production time) :
You have two options to choose from: regular Postal service or TNT Express delivery (recipient's
  phone number required. !!! Please check with your local TNT service provider if their services are available in the recipient's area).

Payment


We use PayPal payment engine to accept major credit cards and other methods of payment offered by PayPal.  Bank transfers are possible for quantities larger than 100 pcs.

 

Order confirmation

A confirmation email should be sent to you after order placement. In case you didn't receive an email with a summary of  products ordered, either our email was filtered by your email provider, or you have mistyped your email address when entering your address data,  please contact us.

 

Order status

You can log in to your account and check the status of your order  in “Order status” menu  (top right corner on webpage).

 

Statuses

  • "Order placed" - We have received your order
  • "In Process" - We have received your payment, ordered products are in production.
  • "Sent" - Your order has been dispatched.

In case your order does not appear in the order history, you probably haven't fully completed it. When logged in, please check if there are any items in your shopping basket, and fully complete checkout procedure.

Invoice

You can download invoice for every order in the “Order status” menu
